Your responsibilities
- Customer onboarding and ongoing support (primarily in English)
- Technical support and troubleshooting for product-related questions
- Customer training and knowledge transfer
- Close collaboration with Sales and Support
- Involvement in IT projects in the customer environment
What you bring
- Excellent English skills (C1+)
- Completed IT education or equivalent professional experience
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a structured way of working
- Technical understanding and a genuine willingness to learn

Salary is based on qualifications and experience, with the collective agreement ST1 as the baseline.
